Please review our terms & conditions of hire and rental of our inventory. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us directly.

Rental Period

The rental period is for 24-72 hours. The exact pickup/delivery and return times will be determined upon booking.

Delivery:

Delivery services are available for orders over $100 (teaware for about 7+ people). A free collection and delivery service is available for orders over $50 within a 10-mile radius of Augusta, ME. After that, the delivery cost is $1.00 per mile each way, up to 60 miles each way from Augusta, ME. Please reach out to discuss delivery availability or if your event is further than 60 miles away from Augusta.

We deliver 24-48 hours before your event and collect the items the day after, or at an agreed-upon time.

If you choose to pick up and return the items, you will be responsible for picking up and returning the items at the agreed-upon time. Any items returned late may incur a late fee. We understand that things do happen and ask that you please reach out if you expect a delayed pick-up or return.

Condition of Rental Inventory

The client is responsible for the safekeeping of all items rented. By renting our items, the client understands that vintage items can be more fragile and require special care and attention to avoid damage and breaks. The client agrees to handle all items rented with extra care.

Missing or Broken Pieces

Teaware is inspected before every pickup and/or delivery and again upon return/pickup. All rentals are in perfect condition unless otherwise stated in the contract. Any damages, breakages, or loss of rental equipment will be billed according to our replacement policy. Please thoroughly review the policy by clicking here. This policy will also be provided to the client with booking.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, cash, and digital payment platforms. Full payment is required upon booking.
