  • With each place setting, you will receive:

    • a teacup and saucer

    • a dinner plate

    • a salad/dessert plate

    • a tea spoon, cake fork, and butter knife

    • a shared tiered tray (varies between 2 & 3 tiers), averaging at 1 tiered tray for every 3-4 guests.

    • a shared teapot with strainer, averaging at 1 teapot for every 3-4 guests.

    • shared cream and sugar set, averaging at 1 set for every 3-4 guests.

    • shared sugar tongs for sugar cubes

    • an elegant tablecloth (we can discuss colors & patterns with booking; additional tablecloths available as “add-ons” if needed.)

    • Cleaning service upon return of items

    • Don’t forget about additional “add-on” items available (see below)

    • Delivery is available for some locations

    • Table setup is available for an additional fee

    Add-On Items: We offer additional items as “add-ons,” including table runners, fine china glasses and stemware, serving platters, cake stands, bowls, butter dishes, teapot cozies, floral centerpieces and other table decor, photo frames, place card holders, tea bag caddies, card boxes, dress-up accessories (including fans, gloves, “pearl necklaces,” etc.), and more.     Delivery: A free collection and delivery service is available for orders over $50 within a 10-mile radius of Augusta, ME. After that, the delivery cost is $1.00 per mile each way, up to 60 miles each way from Augusta, ME. Please reach out to discuss if your event is further than 60 miles away from Augusta.

    Table setup: We offer a table setup service so you can focus on the final details of your special event. Rates start at $25 per hour. Please reach out to discuss the specifics of your event for a custom quote.

  • Our current inventory can serve events with gatherings of 4-20 guests. As our inventory grows, we will be happy to accommodate more guests. Please reach out to discuss details if your event includes more than 20 guests.

  • Our teaware uses mix-and-match patterns to create the beloved “English teahouse” look. If you are interested in specific patterns or if your event has a theme, please reach out to discuss how we can help you create a cohesive look with complementary patterns and styles.

    Examples of how we can customize your pieces include:

    • selecting blue patterns for a boy's baby shower

    • selecting neutral dishware or white florals for bridal showers or weddings

    • selecting bolder colors for an outdoor garden-themed event

    • recommending add-ons that will elevate your event’s look (place card holders, card boxes, floral arrangements, etc.)

  • Yes! Delivery services are available for orders over $100 (teaware for about 7+ people). A free collection and delivery service is available for orders over $50 within a 10-mile radius of Augusta, ME. After that, the delivery cost is $1.00 per mile each way, up to 60 miles each way from Augusta, ME. Please reach out to discuss delivery availability or if your event is further than 60 miles away from Augusta.

    We deliver 24-48 hours before your event and collect the items the day after, or at an agreed-upon time.

    If you choose to pick up and return the items, you will be responsible for picking up and returning the items at the agreed-upon time. Any items returned late may incur a late fee. We understand that things do happen and ask that you please reach out if you expect a delayed pick-up or return.

  • The client is responsible for the safekeeping of all items rented. By renting our items, the client understands that vintage items can be more fragile and require special care and attention to avoid damage and breaks. The client agrees to handle all items rented with extra care. You can view our Replacement Policy here.

    What if something breaks? Damages to inventory or loss may incur additional charges to replace these items. We include a breakdown of the cost for replacement items in our service contract.

    Do we need to wash the items before returning? No, please just wipe down and stack the items. We will handle the washing of the teaware. We ask that you do NOT wash the dishes or run them through the dishwasher as this can damage the teaware and cause unnecessary wear.

  • We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks ahead for large events and 2-3 weeks for smaller gatherings. However, please feel free to reach out to us any time to check availability! We do accept last-minute bookings as long as the inventory is available. Contact us to schedule a booking.

  • We accept all major credit cards, cash, and digital payment platforms. Payment is needed upon booking. Full refunds are available if the booking is cancelled 14 days before the event. A 50% refund is issued if the refund is cancelled 7-13 days before the event. A 25% refund is issued if the refund is cancelled less than 0-6 days before the event.
